RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If this is not the case, you have 14 days from the day you received the product(s) to return it and request a refund.

The return costs are at your own expense . When you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

We are not responsible for returns lost in the mail.

Once we receive your return, we will process it as soon as possible and initiate the refund.

All products must be returned unworn and in the same packaging.

Only unused items that are in the same condition as you received them are eligible for a return. The item must also be returned in its original packaging. It is not possible to return jewelry that is made to order.

Items that have already been worn cannot be returned unless you have contacted us.
